Shipping, warranty, exchanges & returns

Free Shipping Policy | Shipping within Canada

Free Shipping is provided on orders of $400 or more, before taxes, within Canada using our shipping provider, Canada Post. Free shipping, where applicable, is regular ground shipping and not express/expedited shipping. We reserve the right to not ship to certain addresses. Please contact us for more information should you have any additional questions.

Tracking Information | Shipping of goods

Tracking numbers will be generated and emailed to the client’s preferred email account provided at the time when the order has been placed. If you do not receive your package within the estimated delivery time frame, please contact us and we will be happy to look into the issue with our shipping provider.

Shipping Exclusions | Shipping within Canada

Items that surpass shipper’s size and weight restrictions do not qualify for free shipping. These products include all models of our North Camp stainless steel portable wood stoves, North Camp X-large water tanks, Woodlands stainless steel portable wood stoves, all models of Boglands Titanium portable wood stoves, custom bicycle trailers, custom canoe/kayak vehicle racks and any other custom vehicle racks manufactured. We reserve the right to not ship to certain addresses.

Shipping Internationally

Free Shipping is not offered to countries outside of Canada. Shipping rates vary depending on the product ordered and the physical size or weight of the purchased item.
For shipping to the United States of America, we ship through either Canada Post or United States Postal Service.
We will do our very best to provide you the most efficient means of shipping. Please contact us should you require more information on international shipping or shipping rates.

Return Policy

At Boreal Outdoor Innovations, we strive to provide the best client satisfaction possible. If your package is missing an item or it has been damaged during transport, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. If you need to cancel an order you have recently placed, please immediately call us at (647) 669-6904 instead of emailing us. Cancelled orders are subject to a restocking charge of twenty-five percent on the entire order. Special orders cancelled are subject to a restocking charge of fifty percent. Please note that once an order has been packed and sent out for shipping, it cannot be cancelled. Once an item has been shipped, all sales are final and no exchanges are possible. Terms and Conditions | Portable Stainless Steel Hot Tent Stoves

Our stoves are manufactured and designed for outdoor, winter camping canvas wall tents. We do not recommend using our stoves for any other use.
While we do our very best to clean and deburr all of our metal products, always wear leather gloves while handling any of our stoves and metal products to prevent cuts or injury.
Stoves manufactured by Boreal Outdoor Innovations have a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Any stove found defective will be repaired or replaced, at the discretion of Boreal Outdoor Innovations. This warranty is voided with the use or products of cleaning, chemicals, methods or other products not approved by Boreal Outdoor Innovations (please contact us for a list of approved cleaning products). Further, this warranty is voided if the product has been modified or altered in any way. This warranty does not cover items damaged through abuse or misuse, negligence, accidents during transportation and wear and tear items. The manufacturer makes no other warranty and shall not be liable for any unforeseen damages. This warranty applies to only new products sold and to the original purchaser.

Warranty Information

Boreal Outdoor Innovations warrants that all of its products are guaranteed against defective materials and workmanship, for a period of one year from the date of purchase to the original purchaser.

Boreal Outdoor Innovations will not be liable for any damages caused by defective materials and or workmanship, except for replacements as mentioned above.

Boreal Outdoor Innovations warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care or cleaning, non-standard usage, negligence, accidents, abuse or modifications to our products.

Warranty claims must be submitted to Boreal Outdoor Innovations with photographs and a written explanation of the defect. Our products can be submitted for evaluation and if a manufacturing defect is found, the client will be reimbursed for shipping.
