Titanium Baffle (Secondary Combustion Accessory)

A Titanium Baffle (also known as a Secondary Combustion Accessory) is a heavy Titanium plate that gets installed just below the exhaust pipe hole to force hot air and flames to stay longer inside the fire box. This creates more heat in your tent and produces a complete, more efficient burn. The secondary combustion effect also reduces the need for a spark arrestor, burning all the embers before leaving the fire box, significantly reducing the potential of embers burning holes through your tent.

You have the option of selecting your Baffle in either a removable or fixed version.

Titanium False Bottom

Heavy gauge Titanium False Bottoms protect the bottom of your stove from burning out and eliminate the need to find or haul in sand. It provides an elevated surface where air is allowed to circulate underneath the fire, creating a more efficient burn. Cross bends on the false bottom further increases strength and significantly reduces warpage.

Made of high strength titanium material for longevity. Fits inside the burn chamber when not in use and during transport.

Titanium Side Table

Titanium side tables provide a sturdy rust proof area while cooking at a significantly reduced weight compared to our stainless-steel version. Our Titanium side tables have holes along the edge for hanging utensils, boot liners, wet mitts and other personal clothing for drying out.

Depending on the size of your stove, you can fit one or two Titanium side tables within the stove, placed upside down for storage and transport. Having two side tables is especially useful when camping with large groups.

All Titanium Side Tables come standard with Titanium wire strands which are malleable and can be formed to easily hang items off the table’s edge.

The Simmering Grate by Boreal Outdoor Innovations is a rugged winter camping accessory designed to give you precise heat control on a portable wood stove. Titanium Side Table “S” Hooks

Upgrade your side table Titanium wire strands to more sturdy small “S” hooks made from Titanium rod. These are easily attached and removed from the holes along your side table’s edge. They are strong enough to easily support several pounds of weight. Different lengths are available for your needs.

Silica Heat Reflector

This accessory is designed to reduce radiant heat from the bottom of the stove. It is suspended underneath the stove, reflecting heat away from the ground back up towards the stove. We use top of the line Silica cloth for its extreme temperature rating of 1,2000 C.

Dedicated mounting holes are located on the stove’s legs, eliminating any installation guess work.

Canadian Made Kevlar-stainless steel sewing thread is used throughout.
This product comes standard with stainless steel mounting rods, although Titanium mounting rods are available as an upgrade to further reduce weight.

Titanium Bolts Fasteners Upgrade

We use USA made, grade 5 Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V) raw material for its additional strength, high-temperature structural properties and lightweight characteristics.

Titanium Rivets Fasteners Upgrade

Used primarily for the defense aerospace industry, we have found the ultimate lightweight yet heavy duty rivet.

You can upgrade your standard stainless-steel rivets to Titanium rivets, which have historically only been used in USA made fighter jets for airframe and engine components. The body and mandrel on these rivets are completely Titanium with exceptional corrosion and shear strength capabilities. These Titanium rivets are made exclusively in the USA with a serial code for traceability.

Wind Adapter

The most frustrating aspect of owning a winter camping tent that has its exhaust pipes exiting from the side wall is the potential of having wind blow down the pipes, extinguishing your fire and smoking you and your group members out of your tent.

We have created a wind adapter that attaches to the end of our elbowed pipe set via a taper locking system. It uses a standard 4-inch, 90 degree adjustable elbow to redirect the exhaust smoke and preventing gusts of wind from reaching your fire box. Once the wind diminishes or changes direction, you can simply remove the adapter. The adapter does not affect the draw or efficiency of your stove. It is small enough so that you can pack it into your stove during transport or while being stored for the season.

The adapter is made of USA thin gauge lightweight stainless steel that is durable, lightweight and corrosion resistant.

A galvanized elbow is provided as a standard packaged set.

You can also upgrade the 4-inch, 90 degree adjustable elbow to stainless steel.

Portable Chimney Support

For supporting pipe stacks for stoves with elbows, which angle out the side of winter camping tents. The three-sectioned interconnected aluminum poles provides a sturdy support and makes setting up your tent easier and faster. You no longer have to search for green sticks to support your exhaust pipes.

Aluminum Heat Shields

Protects the back of your hot tent from excessive heat and reflects heat back into the stove. Made from thin gauge aluminum sheets that fold up flat for ease of transport. Easily folds out and in. Hinges are made from aluminum as well.

Another benefit of using our heat shields is when you are frying foods such as bacon and eggs; excessive grease and oil does not stain the back of your tent, further protecting your tent fabric.

Water Tank

Profiled water tank allows either side of the tank’s top edge to sit flush with the stove body. Water tank can be hung on either side of the stove, allowing the water dispenser to always be in front of the operator.

Single handed valve operation allows for easy dispensing of water. Made from 304 Stainless Steel, 20 gauge and is TIG welded for additional strength. Water dispenser is also made in Canada using marine grade brass. Lid handle is made in Italy.
